- Stay updated on changes in government policies and regulations that could impact the business.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory issues.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the government business team to achieve set objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government policy changes.
- Offer strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
- Prepare regular reports on business performance, opportunities, and challenges.
- Analyze data to identify trends, measure performance, and inform strategic decisions.
