Job Description:
We are seeking a Strategic Revenue Growth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective management of agency relationships, customer handling, market intelligence, networking, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Ensure that individual agency revenues meet/exceed targets.
- Maintain Effective Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key agents, including high-performing and potential travel agencies.
- Customer Handling: Provide efficient sales service to customers, ensuring timely information on products, policies, schemes, schedules, and updates.
- Market Intelligence: Provide actionable MIS to ensure revenues remain on track and enable the HO to react effectively to OAL market practices.
- National Expansion: Identify and develop new markets, expanding the agent network and increasing sales calls.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality services and addressing queries/complaints in a timely manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with related departments to provide better service to clients.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 2-4 years in a relevant field.
- Skills: Organized, articulate, computer literate, good command of English, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Estimated Salary Range:
₹30,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
