  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Translating and interpreting written and spoken content from English to Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email ticketing system, social media, and phone calls
  • Providing detailed information to customers while resolving complaints and queries
  • Recording and tracking customer interactions for future reference
  • Training new employees on linguistic and cultural nuances

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Fluency in spoken and written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English
  • Strong command over grammar, vocabulary, and punctuation in all three languages
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in providing cross-cultural support and translation services
  • International customer support experience is highly valued
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility for rotational shifts and weekly offs
