Treasury Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Treasury Manager to oversee our company's financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance and banking, with a proven track record of successfully managing treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Funding Needs Review and Reporting: Regularly assess and report on funding requirements to senior management.
  • Hedging and Funding Activities: Analyze and execute appropriate hedging and funding strategies, including Forex, swaps, loans, and deposits.
  • Cash Flow Management: Develop and implement cash flow plans and forecasts to ensure liquidity and minimize risk.
  • Treasury Operations and Controls: Manage treasury operations, including cash pooling, sweeping, forex hedging, and other controls.
  • Working Capital Management: Optimize working capital to improve financial performance.
  • Banking Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
  • Treasury Projects and Initiatives: Drive treasury-specific projects and initiatives across the region.
  • Liquidity Management: Monitor and manage liquidity levels to ensure adequate funds for business needs.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all banking and treasury activities comply with relevant regulations and minimize financial risk.
  • Borrowing Schedule and Debt Scheduling: Develop and manage borrowing schedules and debt facilities.
  • Overseas Payments and Letters of Credit: Facilitate overseas payments and manage letters of credit.
  • Daily Cash Management: Oversee daily cash management to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
  • Bank Liaising: Coordinate with banks on various financial matters.
  • Banking Reporting: Prepare regular banking reports for stakeholders.
  • Debt Facilities Management and CMA Reporting: Manage debt facilities and prepare required reports.
  • Risk Mitigation Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate interest rate risk.
  • IDPMS and EDPMS Documentation: Submit necessary documentation for IDPMS and EDPMS.
  • Export Oriented Unit Experience: Possess experience working in export-oriented units.
