Job Title: Strategic Content Director - CS Core

NxtWave seeks a highly skilled and experienced content leader to spearhead the development of our technical curriculum, focusing on core areas like MERN Full Stack, Python, and Gen AI. As a strategic content director, you will be responsible for shaping the vision and operational excellence behind our educational content, ensuring it meets industry standards and learner needs.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive educational content that empowers learners to thrive in the modern tech workforce.">
  • Lead a high-performing team of Curriculum Developers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop timely and high-quality content.">
  • Define and lead the technical curriculum strategy across MERN Full Stack, Python, and Gen AI, aligning it with industry trends and learner needs.">
  • Foster a strong feedback culture through regular reviews, professional growth, and shared best practices.">
  • Oversee the design and development of instructional content, assessments, hands-on projects, and revision modules.">
  • Ensure content is accurate, pedagogically sound, and suited for various learning levels and styles.">
  • Act on learner feedback, analytics, and delivery inputs to improve curriculum quality and engagement.">
  • Innovate using Gen AI for both content creation and learner support (e.g., AI tutors, auto-generated questions).">
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across departments.">
  • Use learner analytics and performance data to identify gaps and optimize learning paths.">
  • Continuously improve the curriculum based on measurable outcomes and data insights.">

About You:
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, and a minimum of 1 year+ hands-on software development experience and 1 year+ experience in technical content creation or curriculum development. Additionally, you should have experience leading or mentoring content or technical teams, a strong foundation in core programming concepts, and preferable domain expertise in frontend and backend tech.
