Sales Manager Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in commercial & residential sales, especially in high-end markets, to lead our residential and commercial real estate sales teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales performance. This role involves overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and building lasting client relationships.
Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team, set targets, and ensure sales goals are met
- Manage end-to-end sales for residential and commercial properties
- Develop a robust client pipeline through networking and follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor market trends and provide clients with informed advice
Sales Manager Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, covering both residential and commercial sectors
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and real estate management systems
Sr. Associate Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Sr. Associate to manage the end-to-end sales process for commercial & residential real estate transactions, specifically in high-end markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients from the initial inquiry to final closing. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the commercial & residential real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Sr. Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire sales cycle for commercial and residential properties, from lead generation to closing
- Build and maintain a client pipeline through networking, lead follow-ups, and marketing efforts
- Conduct property tours, showcasing key features to potential clients
- Negotiate deals, ensure smooth closing, and prepare contracts
- Develop lasting client relationships, providing ongoing support post-sale
Sr. Associate Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2-3 years of sales experience in commercial & residential real estate
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, including leasing, sales, and property management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and real estate management systems (a plus)
