Automobile Sales Executive Job Description

You will play a crucial role in matching customers with the right vehicle, utilizing exceptional customer service skills to ensure clients feel valued and understood.

Your primary responsibilities include negotiation, delivery, follow-up, sales support, and reporting. In this capacity, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for delivery, ensuring customers understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiation: Close sales by negotiating prices and overcoming objections
  • Delivery: Prepare vehicles for delivery and ensure customers understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork
  • Follow-Up: Maintain a follow-up system to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Sales Support: Assist with showroom setup and help with the used-vehicle inspection process
  • Reporting: Provide sales management information by completing reports
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Experience: 3 years of sales experience (preferred), 4 years of new car sales experience (preferred)
  • Language: English proficiency (preferred)
