
Dental Sales Professional

We are seeking an enthusiastic BDS graduate or professional with 1–2 years of experience to join our dynamic team as a Clinical Growth Officer. This inside sales role involves building strong relationships with dental professionals, understanding their clinical needs, and driving product adoption through consultative sales.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, be passionate about dentistry, digital platforms, and customer success, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Job Responsibilities:- Engage with dentists across India via phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand their clinical requirements.
- Drive revenue growth by promoting relevant dental products and services.
- Educate and guide dental professionals on the latest technologies, materials, and best practices.
- Maintain and update customer records, interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Provide clinical insights to improve product offerings and support campaigns.
- BDS graduates (freshers or with up to 2 years of experience in clinical practice or dental sales).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about dentistry, digital platforms, and customer success.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
