Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement

  • Analyze client workspace requirements and develop actionable plans.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
Conceptual Design
  • Develop innovative conceptual designs integrating space planning, color schemes, furniture selections, and sustainable material choices.
  • Craft compelling mood boards, 3D renderings, and presentations to communicate design concepts.
Space Planning and Layout
  • Design efficient space plans accounting for workflow optimization, ergonomic principles, and client cultural ethos.
  • Leverage space utilization strategies to enhance productivity and foster a cohesive work culture.
Material Selection and Specification
  • Curate materials, finishes, and furnishings aligning with envisioned aesthetic while meeting functional criteria.
  • Evaluate eco-conscious choices and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Orientate for durability, functionality, and visual appeal.
Budget Management
  • Create project budgets and timelines within established constraints.
  • Source and procure materials within budget.
  • Enhance financial performance by optimizing design solutions.
Project Documentation
  • Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications for construction purposes.
  • Maintain accurate project records throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership
  • Build and nurture a high-performing team.
  • Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  • Ensure team alignment to organization's culture.
Quality Control
  • Conduct site visits to gather information about existing spaces and conditions.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture/interior design.
  • Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in workplace design and team management.
  • Proficiency in design software like Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
