We are seeking a talented Junior Architect to join our studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and a passion for creating innovative workplace interiors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of workspace projects from concept to execution, working closely with senior designers and architects.
  • Prepare high-quality presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations that effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, vendors, and contractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as needed, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in workplace design.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions, contributing ideas and expertise to drive creative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
  • Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office, with experience in Revit and Enscape/Lumion preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently in a team-oriented environment, with a willingness to learn and grow within the studio culture.
