Salesforce Service Cloud Application Lead

Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will lead a module with 4-5 developers and create technical designs based on high-level design and business requirements for Service Cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct a team of 4-5 developers in designing and developing Service Cloud applications
- Prepare detailed technical designs based on high-level design and business requirements
- Implement build and unit testing of Salesforce modules following best practices
- Conduct peer reviews and mentor team members
- Provide regular progress reports on tasks completed by the team as per agreed schedule
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development, including Service Cloud
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
