Senior Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Engineering Manager to spearhead our product development and technical teams. As a seasoned leader with 10+ years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining product development processes.

  • Product Development: Develop and execute strategies for product development, testing, and manufacturing processes.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage staff, assigning tasks to engineering and technical personnel.
  • Fintech Expertise: Leverage expertise working in the fintech industry to drive innovation and growth.
  • Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration, driving teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency and sustainability enhancements, reducing waste and improving overall process efficacy.

Key Requirements

  • Expertise: Possess expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes.
  • Management Skills: Demonstrated ability in personnel and project management, strategic planning, and multitasking.

Technical Skills and Efficiency

  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience & at least 2 years as Engineering Manager.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Design, DSA, code review, HLD, LLD.
  • Communication: Effective presentation skills to explain complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

Soft Skills

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

  • Office Work: 5 days a week in the office environment.
