Configure & manage payroll for India. Good experience on other modules like PA, OM, Time Management, ESS/MSS – SAP Fiori), and related integrations is required.

  • Manage end-to-end implementations and configurations of the payroll module.
  • Analyze business requirements and design solutions to meet organizational goals.
  • Customize and configure the payroll module for India based on business needs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define HR processes and align them with functionalities.
  • Provide expert-level support for the payroll module, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance activities.
  • Understand system integrations/CPI interfaces to manage & support multiple integrations with other systems.
  • Manage data migration, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
  • Monitor system performance, optimize configurations, and ensure system integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

10-12 years of experience in payroll modules, mainly on India Payroll. Good experience on other modules like PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS – SAP Fiori is required.

Working knowledge of SF EC & SF ECP is required. Proficiency in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA is also required.

Experience with customization, configuration, and troubleshooting of the payroll module is required.
