Job Description

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the company's employees.Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and benefits.Coordinate with HR department for any changes impacting payroll.Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.Handle queries and complaints regarding payroll from employees and upper management.Maintain the confidentiality of payroll information.Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Associate should have:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Strong numerical skills and data entry experience.Understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
