Job Description

As a Case Analysis Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment of a leading background verification platform. You will have the chance to work closely with different teams within the Operations department, gaining valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the operations team in day-to-day activities, which may include case analysis, document verification, and database management.
  • Assisting in conducting background verification checks for our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Contribution to process improvement and optimization ideas.
  • Performance of outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A current degree or graduate in any field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
