About the Position
This is a full-time opportunity for a seasoned operations professional to join our team as a Global Trade Operations Readiness Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the readiness of our trade operations personnel across the globe for system-wide changes. You will work closely with business, technology, and ops stakeholders to understand and deliver operations readiness on a continuous basis. You will also lead the trade operations readiness team to deliver strategic initiatives by being instrumental in the planning process and collaborating with various agile ARTs and cross-functional trade teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Work with business, technology, ops, agile ART contacts, and broader global stakeholders to understand and deliver operations readiness on a continuous basis
* Lead the trade operations readiness team to deliver strategic initiatives by being instrumental in the planning process, collaborating with various agile ARTs and cross-functional trade teams
* Play an instrumental role in setting up OR processes
* Explore improvement opportunities, analyze impact, and provide proactive initiatives
* Interpretation, analysis, and communication of complex data from various sources and leverage the same to solve problems
* Directly affect the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel, or provided services
* Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency
* Ad hoc Ops projects coordination
* SME support to Ops for all trade products and systems
* Commercialization tracking and reporting
* Critical commercialization issues escalation and tracking
* Ensure team review test cases for PVT
* Escalation points for stakeholder enquiries
* Attend Project governance meeting
* Maintain the stakeholder management and communication plans
