Job Description:

As a seasoned engineer with expertise in semiconductor test engineering, you will lead the migration of existing automated test equipment (ATE) test programs to our new NI STS platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Migrating full test programs from source platforms (Teradyne J750, ETS 88, Teradyne Microflex) to the target NI STS platform.
  • Rewriting test methods and adapting test flows for the new NI STS environment.
  • Utilizing C# as the primary programming language for new test programs.
  • Analyzing and adapting existing source code written in C++ and other languages.

With your exceptional problem-solving skills, statistical analysis knowledge, and experience working with various hardware platforms, you will drive automation and test optimizations to reduce test cost, enhance product quality, improve manufacturing efficiency, and accelerate manufacturing stability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Test, or equivalent field.
  • Strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices.
  • Proficiency in C++/C#.
  • Solid understanding of test program development and debugging.
  • Knowledge of basic statistical analysis for test correlation (e.g., SPCM, CPK).
  • Familiarity with test instrumentation and the ability to work with various hardware platforms.
