**Job Opportunity for Fab Module Head**

Tata Electronics is pioneering a groundbreaking AI-enabled semiconductor foundry in India.

You will lead an engineering team responsible for technology transfer, qualification of modules, and development of standardized fab procedures. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams globally
  • Buidling trust with customers through Tata Electronics' technical expertise and manufacturing reliability
  • Presentation to senior executives within the company and its customers
  • Travel as required

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • M.S or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or equivalent
  • 10+ years experience as Module Manager in 300mm fab
  • Understanding of key modules theory and practice
  • Understanding of statistics and Design of Experiments
  • Understanding of process characterization methods
  • Understanding of device failure modes
  • Understanding of defect characterization and improvement
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve project completion within timeline and cost targets
  • Ability to work across different cultures and geographies
  • Good team player
  • Innovation and competitive mindset

**Preferred Experience Level:** 15+ years experience in the semiconductor industry

Proven track record of successfully developing new technologies into high volume production

Proven problem solving skills using design of experiments and analytical tools
