Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Data Engineering team. This role is based in Mumbai, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of digital trading platforms and other systems to optimize them for business purposes.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the digital placement data and its interactions with the larger Marsh data ecosystem.
  • Build consolidated views using disparate data sources and placement data that includes coverages, exposures, losses, and trading data to provide insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Engineering discipline.
  • 10-12 years of experience in BI and reporting – should have worked on enterprise-wide reporting systems and built dashboards and reports from scratch.
  • 2-3 years of team management experience handling a minimum team size of 2-3 analysts.
Technical Skills:
  • Data engineering and transformation skills – SQL or Oracle.
  • Data visualization – Power BI is a must-have, Tableau or Qlik would be beneficial.
Soft Skills:
  • Understanding requirements, excellent communication skills, and stakeholder management are crucial skills.
