Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team in the OEM segment for LV SGR portfolio in Pune Area.

  • Manage and motivate your team to achieve set targets, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance extraction from the market, leveraging new OEMs and effective use of new products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers through CRM management.
  • Cultivate close coordination with internal and external stakeholders to drive success.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to meet targets, monitor progress, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include OI growth, Share of Wallet, Revenue, Sales Margin, Customer development, and overall business development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably electrical.
  • At least 15 years of experience in handling sales of power distribution products and motor control products.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
  • Good knowledge of the Pune OEM market.
  • Excellent entrepreneurship skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Result-oriented and quality-focused individual.
  • Strong commercial knowledge and financial acumen.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
