**Job Summary:**

We require a highly skilled and passionate individual with expertise in law, particularly in the area of GBV. The successful candidate will analyze and interpret laws and policies related to GBV, provide guidance on legal matters, and support our advocacy efforts. They will also be responsible for developing resources and materials for survivors, as well as collaborating with our team to inform strategic initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Analyze and interpret laws, policies, and court decisions related to GBV
  • Provide expert legal guidance and support to individuals affected by GBV
  • Develop and update resources, including FAQs, legal briefs, and advocacy materials
  • Maintain contacts with lawyers and legal networks to provide referrals and legal resources to survivors
  • Collaborate with the team to inform advocacy strategies and campaigns

**Requirements:**

  • Law degree (LLB or LLM)
  • Strong understanding of GBV-related laws and policies
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Able to communicate complex legal information clearly and effectively
  • Empathetic and supportive communication style

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience working on GBV, human rights, or related fields
  • Knowledge of international human rights law and mechanisms
  • Familiarity with legal aid and support services for GBV survivors

**Salary:** ₹30,000 per month, inclusive of taxes.
