HR Manager - Creation Technology / Salem Office (Onsite)


Position Overview:


We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead the human resources department. Salem HR Manager is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. HR Manager reports directly to Operations Managers - Salem to ensure that HR practices align with organizational goals, maintain a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Staff Onboarding & Offboarding Process:


  • Conducting a smooth onboarding of new employees including Pre-boarding Preparation, First Day Orientation, Employee Documentation, Feedback and Improvement. 
  • Executing Offboarding process like Exit Procedures, Final Compensation & Benefits, Knowledge Transfer & Handover, Exit Interview & Feedback and Compliance & Documentation successfully.


       2. Employee Information Management:


  • Setting up staff HR files to store Identification Documents (i.e. Passport, Driving License, Social Security Documents), Experience Documents (CV, Degree & Professional Certifications), Reference Documents etc.
  • Gathering the New Starter Form, Employee Bank Details, Offer of Employment Letter, Employment Contract and Keeping the employee files Up to date


        3. Office Management:


  • In conjunction with the Operations Managers, making sure that the CreationRDS facilities are working & are suitable.  
  • Employee regular check-ins involve frequent one-on-one meetings to assess progress, address concerns and provide feedback to Operations Managers. 
  • Maintaining the Creation Salesforce Org from an HR Perspective
  • Managing any Expense Claims on behalf of CreationRDS


         4. Compliance & HR Policies:


  • Ensure that the company complies with all local, state, and Indian labor laws and regulations.
  • Update and enforce company policies and procedures to align with changing laws and best practices.
  • Conduct audits of HR processes and documentation to ensure compliance with legal standards.


          5. Training & Organizational Development


  • Identify training needs among the New Salesforce Associates and develop training programs to address skill gaps.
  • Provide leadership training to managers to improve team performance and managerial effectiveness.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and personal development within the company.


Qualifications

Education :

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration - Human Resources.
  • HR certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.

Skills :

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, from entry-level employees to senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
