Job Summary

Sakthi Group of Companies is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead and manage the human resources function across our diverse group of companies. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of HR experience, with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role will involve overseeing all HR activities to ensure alignment with the company's goals and policies.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the group.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, grievances, and other workplace issues.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle conflict resolution and provide mediation between employees and management.

Performance Management:

  • Lead the performance appraisal process, ensuring clear communication of expectations and feedback.
  • Work with department heads to establish performance goals and development plans for employees.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and guidance to drive improvement.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect industry best practices and legal requirements.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and ensure that they are conducted fairly and in accordance with company policy.

Training and Development:

  • Identify employee training needs and work with external trainers or internal departments to deliver relevant programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Manage the compensation structure to ensure competitive and equitable pay for all employees.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, and other perks.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights into employee turnover, recruitment effectiveness, and other key areas.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management on a regular basis.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 10 - 12 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in a multi-industry or diversified group of companies.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and data analysis tools.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to handle multiple HR functions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in managing employee relations, engagement, and performance management programs.
