At Team Everest, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated fresher to join our HR team as an HR Generalist. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in the field of human resources while supporting our mission to create positive social change.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Policies & Procedures: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals.
  • Recruitment Support: Help manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and supporting the onboarding of new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment by supporting employee engagement and communication initiatives.
  • Records Management: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure they comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Training & Development: Work with team members to identify training and development needs and assist in creating and managing training programs.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation and monitoring of performance management processes and feedback systems.
  • Employee Engagement Programs: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn new skills and concepts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Passion for working in human resources and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and processes (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

You should have excellent English communication and writing skills. Be able to express ideas clearly and explain solutions in a simple way. A keen eye for detail to make sure no issues are missed. Any degree is accepted, but what matters most is your willingness to learn and help solve problems. Positive attitude and ability to work well with others in a team. Support during weekends and holidays to solve queries on time.
