Job Summary:

This role involves the design, development, and deployment of Work Force Optimization platforms in diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy WFO platforms across multiple environments
  • Extract business requirements from clients through consultative means
  • Develop and review best practices for implementation processes
  • Provide technical support and training for customers
Requirements:
  • Verint Work Force Optimization Certification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Windows and Active Directory system administration
  • Strong knowledge of WFO, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU, and Call Center practices
  • Experience with JAVA Enterprise, app servers like Tomcat and JBoss, and MS SQL database management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Work Force Management or Analytics
  • VMware expertise
  • Apache web server and SSL certificate knowledge
