Advertising Account Manager

Job Description

  • Deliver high-quality advertising products that enhance customer experience and drive advertisers' return on investment.
  • Create digital display advertising solutions to help customers find and discover what they want to buy.
  • Help advertisers reach customers on web-based shopping portals and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own delivery of key business metrics like ad revenue and ad product adoption for multiple categories.
  2. Lead a team of advertiser-facing account managers and manage their activities, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  3. Partner with stakeholders and serve as a key member of the self-serve Advertising team, helping to drive overall Amazon Advertising strategy and business growth.
  4. Develop and implement scalable mechanisms and processes to ensure quality delivery and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  5. Identify and drive automation and process improvement opportunities across Amazon's advertising business.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of programmatic advertising experience.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Ability to analyze data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Experience in omni-channel marketing, search engine marketing, or search engine optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce or online advertising.
