Business Development Representative

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and engage potential business leads within the USA market. This position plays a crucial part in supporting the Sales teams by building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize various tools, including Sales Navigator, to research, identify, and connect with potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.
  2. Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of qualified leads, ensuring accurate contact and company information.
  3. Initiate personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects.
  4. Monitor and manage conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  5. Collaborate with the Sales teams to align prospecting strategies with organizational goals.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space.
  7. Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.
  8. Maintain professionalism in all communications, reflecting the organization's brand values.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support (freshers with strong knowledge can apply).
  • Familiarity with Sales Navigator and CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently during U.S. night hours.
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational and research skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about the logistics industry.
