The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and engage potential business leads within the USA market. This position plays a crucial part in supporting the Sales teams by building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various tools, including Sales Navigator, to research, identify, and connect with potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of qualified leads, ensuring accurate contact and company information.
- Initiate personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects.
- Monitor and manage conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the Sales teams to align prospecting strategies with organizational goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space.
- Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.
- Maintain professionalism in all communications, reflecting the organization's brand values.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support (freshers with strong knowledge can apply).
- Familiarity with Sales Navigator and CRM tools is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently during U.S. night hours.
- Attention to detail, with strong organizational and research skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about the logistics industry.
