The role of a Logistics Operations Manager involves overseeing and managing the company's logistics and supply chain operations. This includes planning, executing, and monitoring all inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished goods to internal and external customers.
They will oversee warehouse efficiency, inventory control, and storage optimization, as well as develop and implement logistics policies, procedures, and performance metrics.

The successful candidate will lead and supervise logistics staff, warehouse teams, and drivers. They will manage and evaluate third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders, and transporters.

- Experience in medical devices, pharma industry will be preferred.
