Expert SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing Specialist to drive strategic sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite with a focus on Guided Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and integrate end-to-end sourcing processes with SAP ERP/S4 HANA systems.
  • Lead the configuration and deployment of sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions.
  • Support Sourcing projects including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure smooth integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4 HANA).
  • Conduct workshops, prepare functional documents, and deliver user training.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guided Sourcing and sourcing modules.
  • Stay updated with new features in Ariba Guided Sourcing and share best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with at least 2+ years in Guided Sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing.
  • Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.
  • Experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration.
  • Strong communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in SAP Ariba (Sourcing/Procurement) is an added advantage.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
  • Exposure to upstream & downstream Ariba modules.
  • Previous experience in global implementation/rollout projects.

This role requires a strong understanding of SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing and the ability to drive strategic sourcing initiatives forward.
