Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Ariba expert to lead the implementation of our procurement digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth functional knowledge across multiple Ariba modules and the ability to guide clients through best-in-class sourcing and procurement practices.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba modules, including Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, and fit-gap assessments.
  • Configure Ariba solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with integration and technical teams to ensure seamless ERP connectivity.
  • Facilitate workshops, UAT, training sessions, and deployment activities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients adopt best practices in procurement transformation.
  • Provide post-go-live support and stabilization assistance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Ariba functional consulting.
  • A minimum of 2-3 full lifecycle Ariba implementations in a lead consultant role.
  • Strong expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) process flows.
  • Experience working with SAP ECC/S4HANA integration touchpoints.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ariba Functional Certification (Preferred).
