We are looking for an analyst who can transform influencer marketing performance data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets across social media platforms and campaign reports.

In this role, you will

  • Collect and analyze influencer campaign data from multiple sources, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Prepare visually appealing presentations reflecting data, insights, and analytics.
  • Identify high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to optimize future campaigns.
  • Work closely with strategy, account management, and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction.
  • Build predictive models for influencer performance and audience impact.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling (data → insights → recommendations).

As a candidate, you should have

  • A bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and digital marketing metrics.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
