About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our MCCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our MCCB products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design and development of MCCB products, including life cycle management and analysis">
  • Experience in cost reduction and value engineering projects">
  • Resolution of product performance, application, and customer complaints">
  • Co-ordination with cross-functional teams and understanding of technical standards">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering">
  • At least 6-10 years of experience in MCCB design and development">
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling, Proe Creo, and plastic/sheet metal design">
  • Understanding of electromechanical design and co-ordination with CFT">
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and technical standards related to LV switchgear">
