
Client Relations Specialist

The primary goal of the Client Servicing Manager is to foster enduring relationships with assigned clients by offering exceptional service and personalized support.
- Build a strong rapport with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and expectations, and working proactively to address any challenges or concerns.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and projects that meet client objectives. Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing any issues promptly.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and adherence to client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and work activities to facilitate smooth operations and future reference.
Participate actively in pitches alongside agency staff to secure new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth. Maintain high standards of quality in creative content and services delivered, consistently exceeding client expectations.
Identify opportunities to expand business with existing and new clients, developing innovative and value-added strategies for pitches and presentations.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in client servicing and a deep understanding of marketing principles are essential for this role.
