Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Business Consultant to drive strategic business initiatives in close collaboration with senior stakeholders.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Investment Banking and Capital Markets, with the ability to shape strategy, monitor deal pipelines, and provide oversight on transaction execution.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic business initiatives, leveraging expertise in Investment Banking and Capital Markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to review developments and progress, providing regular reports on ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Develop structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Cultivate effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
  • A proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • A strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prior experience working with senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
