About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Consultant to join our team. The role will focus on supporting investment decisions and monitoring investments made into startups and privately held US companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry deep-dives on startups and private companies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support investment decisions.
  • Create engaging investment memos, pitch decks, and reports for internal committees.
  • Track portfolio company performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare monitoring dashboards.
  • Assist with due diligence, including financial, operational, and market evaluations.
  • Collaborate closely with the investment team in the US, aligning with their time zone.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA / CFA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2–5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
  • Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks in a remote setting.
  • Will to work in US time zone (EST/PST overlap).
