Job Opening for Java Application Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide Level 2/3 application support for Java-based enterprise applications.

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting services for Java-based applications.
  • Perform root cause analysis, issue resolution, and incident management.
  • Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage and execute deployments using automation tools.
  • Support job scheduling, monitoring, and reporting using tools like Autosys/Control-M.
  • Work with observability tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk, ELK, Grafana) to identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
  • Document processes and resolutions as part of knowledge management.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and handle high-severity incidents as required.

  • Core Java Programming
  • Database: SQL, MongoDB
  • Application Servers: Tomcat, WebLogic
  • ITSM Tools: ServiceNow, JIRA
  • Scripting & OS: Shell Scripting, Unix/Linux
  • Observability & Monitoring: AppDynamics, Splunk, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus
  • Job Scheduling Tools: Autosys, Control-M
  • CI/CD & Deployment Tools: Jenkins, Harness, Kubernetes
  • ITIL Processes: Incident, Problem & Change Management
