
Software Support Professional

This is a full-time position working 100% from home with flexible US office hours.
- Collaborate closely with the Client Success team to provide Tier-2 technical support for software issues.
- Work with internal and external customers, client service teams, clients, and partners to resolve problems efficiently.
- Communicate feedback and inputs to the development team based in India.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diligently communicate with customers to identify problem roots.
- Provide effective workarounds when fixes will take time.
- Deliver timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Follow up with clients to confirm issue resolutions.
- Support new application rollouts.
- Develop procedural documentation for support purposes.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Evaluate and test new releases.
- Contribute innovative solutions for streamlined operational processes.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
- Availability to work during US hours (9 am to 6 pm central time).
- Experience with tech support for web-based applications and mobile interfaces.
- Proficiency in Linux, Java, JavaScript, MySQL, and AWS.
- Strong skills in browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logs.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Familiarity with ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello, etc.
- Desirable: Certifications in Linux, Java, web development, AWS; experience with AI tools for day-to-day tasks.
- Development mindset to quickly adapt into a developer role with minimal training.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
