Business Growth Catalyst

The Sales & Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business expansion by identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities, developing and executing targeted visit plans, and cultivating strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop monthly visit and target plans to meet clients and create demand in the market.
  • Execute visit plans effectively to maximize sales opportunities and market coverage.
  • Monitor and track sales performance against targets regularly.
  • Identify and execute new business opportunities and product lines to expand market reach.
  • Develop relationships with potential clients and analyze sales data to identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
  • Conduct market studies to identify new areas for business growth.
  • Ensure timely recovery of overdue amounts and collect client feedbacks (minimum 2 per month) addressing their concerns.
  • Awareness of competitor's activities happening in the market.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of PVC/INK/COATINGS/POLYMERS or related field.
