Decentralized Systems Developer

Job Description:

As a key player in the blockchain industry, you will have the opportunity to design and develop innovative decentralized systems that can scale globally. You will work on cutting-edge projects, pushing the boundaries of what is possible with blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Smart Contract Development:
    • Develop secure smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, and other languages for various blockchain networks.
    • Conduct thorough testing, auditing, and optimization of smart contract performance.
  • Backend Engineering & Blockchain Architecture:
    • Design high-performance backend systems and scalable blockchain architectures.
    • Build and maintain APIs, node integrations, and indexing services for seamless data exchange.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS):
    • Deploy and manage backend services using AWS best practices.
    • Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and monitoring solutions for efficient system operation.
  • Security & Optimization:
    • Ensure the security and resilience of decentralized systems.
    • Apply best practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and optimize system performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in backend development and 2+ years in smart contract development.
  • Deep understanding of Ethereum, EVM architecture, L2 scaling solutions, and DeFi/NFT standards.
  • Proficiency in Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and at least one systems language (Go, Rust, or C++).
  • Strong experience in blockchain solution architecture for scalable dApps.
  • Mid-level experience with AWS services.
  • Familiarity with common smart contract vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
  • Proven ability to deliver secure, scalable, production-ready blockchain systems.

Benefits:

We are open to hiring a remote or hybrid candidate, with preference given to India-based applicants. This is a full-time position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, Web3.js / Ethers.js.
  • AWS DevOps experience for blockchain-based apps.
  • Cross-chain development and interoperability protocol expertise.
  • Knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs.
  • Experience with audited DeFi protocols.
  • Familiarity with advanced blockchain scaling techniques.
