Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a diligent Quality Assurance (QA) professional to contribute to the development and testing of our products.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive test cases across all platforms to guarantee seamless user experiences, ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Document, track, and reproduce bugs, focusing on irreproducible issues that require meticulous analysis, in order to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Perform regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to identify and rectify defects, thereby preventing them from reaching production environments.
  • Establish QA documentation and reporting standards that facilitate efficient collaboration among teams, promoting transparency and streamlining processes.
  • Cultivate manual and automated testing workflows, leveraging tools like Selenium and Appium to maximize efficiency and reduce testing times.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure smooth releases, fostering open communication and cross-functional understanding, which is essential for successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong foundation in programming principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including Agile and DevOps practices, which enable us to develop high-quality software quickly and efficiently.
  • Hands-on experience in manual testing and test documentation, with a focus on creating detailed, actionable reports that help stakeholders understand the status of our projects.
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks, APIs, databases, and system-level testing, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of software development life cycles and enabling us to deliver robust, reliable solutions.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions, which are crucial for resolving technical difficulties and improving overall software quality.
