Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous QA Manual Engineer to join our dynamic team.

  • Develop, maintain and execute detailed manual test cases and test plans based on requirements and user stories particularly for Marketing Cloud data.
  • Perform functional regression integration UI and exploratory testing of software applications.
  • Identify document and report defects in the issue tracking system collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements product designs schedules or potential problems including those related to Marketing Cloud interactions.
  • Work closely with the QA automation team to identify test cases for automation and provide manual testing support where necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Provide feedback on usability and advocate for the end-user experience.
  • Document and provide clear reports on testing activities and project quality status.
  • Follow the established QA Best Practices.
  • Create positive and negative test cases following the provided requirements.
  • Set correctly the priority root cause and assignee for all reported issues updating the issue when new relevant information is received.
  • Identify missing information and request clarification.
  • Use internal collaborative tools including AllAi to gather and learn information about the tools technologies and testing methods necessary for everyday work.
  • Help less experienced QA team members fostering a culture of quality and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
