Key aspects of the job include driving user experience and interface design for core Fintech products and taking ownership of public-facing websites built on Webflow.

  • Own the end-to-end design process for new product features from initial concept to high-fidelity mockups.
  • Translate complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive user interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both UX/UI design and Webflow development.
  • Ability to create intuitive, user-centric product designs and build complex, interactive websites.
  • Experience with Figma and Webflow tools.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
