A seasoned designer is required to lead design excellence across digital platforms. This position demands a strategic thinker who can translate business requirements into user-friendly experiences while maintaining consistency at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end processes from discovery to delivery
  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using leading tools
  • Conduct comprehensive user research including behavioral analysis and usability testing
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on design handoffs and implementation quality assurance
  • Partner strategically with product and business teams to align design solutions with technical constraints and business objectives
  • Build scalable design systems with component libraries and design tokens
Essential Skills & Expertise
  • Expert proficiency in Figma with advanced prototyping, component systems, and collaborative workflows
  • 5+ years applying design thinking methodologies, persona development, and user journey optimization
  • Deep understanding of inclusive design principles and WCAG 2.1 guidelines
  • Expertise in responsive design, progressive enhancement, and mobile UX best practices
  • Passion for staying current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to facilitate developer collaboration
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in product design roles in high-growth startups or established tech companies
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design case studies with measurable business impact
  • Optional Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or consumer-facing digital products
