Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead our Amazon Seller Central operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Manage day-to-day activities for multiple product categories across various Amazon marketplaces.
    • Create and optimize product listings, including writing engaging titles and descriptions that meet Amazon's policies and best practices.
    • Monitor account health metrics, track performance, and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless pricing, stock, and order management processes.
    • Resolve catalog errors, listing issues, and open cases with Amazon support in a timely manner.
    • Develop and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and coupons to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
    • Conduct competitor research and analyze keyword trends to stay ahead of the competition.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to inform business decisions.
    Required Skills and Qualifications
    • Essential Requirements:
      • At least 2 years of experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce operations.
      • Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, marketplace processes, and best practices.
      • Excellent skills in MS Excel, data analysis, and problem-solving.
      • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
      • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
      Preferred Skills
      • Desirable Qualifications:
        • Experience with Amazon Ads and PPC campaigns.
        • Familiarity with SEO and marketplace trends.
        • Knowledge of e-commerce tools and software.
