As a product engineer, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between engineering and product teams, taking ownership of features from conception to launch.

About This Role

This individual contributor role requires someone who can deeply understand product requirements, implement end-to-end solutions, and coordinate effectively while maintaining focus on user experience and business value.

  • Bridge the gap between engineering and product teams, deeply understanding product vision, business logic, and end-user needs.
  • Design and implement end-to-end features, handling both technical and product-centric aspects throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Owning feature testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure robust product delivery.
  • Making architectural and technology choices aligned with product goals while ensuring best practices and code maintainability.
  • Translating business/product requirements for engineering teams and collaborating with backend developers, designers, PMs, and stakeholders.
  • Establishing efficient team workflows and documenting systems/features for both engineering and product stakeholders.
  • Ensuring seamless collaboration between technical and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a talented Product Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and product management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative products that meet the needs of our users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management, to ensure that our products are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed customer expectations.

You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience with exposure to product management or project coordination.
  • Strong coding skills in both backend and frontend technologies (Node.js, Python, React, etc.).
  • Experience with API development, integration, and database management.
  • Product thinking with a strong mindset for user experience and business value.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Notion).
  • The ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and coordinate engineering workflows.
  • An understanding of testing frameworks, quality assurance processes, and feature validation.
