CW Management Specialist

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the Contingent Workforce (CW) program. Key responsibilities include partnering with internal teams and the Managed Service Provider (MSP) to optimize CW lifecycle activities, providing operational support to line managers on CW policies, and ensuring timely escalation and resolution of CW-related issues.
Fundamental Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of the CW Program for smooth execution of program activities.
- Partner closely with internal Adobe teams and the MSP to support and optimize the CW lifecycle.
- Provide operational support and guidance to line managers on CW policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Monitor and approve new worker requests, ensuring alignment with compliance standards.
- Act as the first point of escalation for CW-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for efficient onboarding and offboarding of contingent workers.
- Maintain accurate and timely communication of process changes to stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a high standard of client service.
- Identify and recommend process improvements based on trends, feedback, and inefficiencies.
- Support audit processes and maintain program compliance.
- Contribute to quarterly projects and other strategic initiatives.
- Perform other related duties and support special projects as assigned.
