Database Administrator Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Oracle application database administrator to fill a key role in our team.

  • Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle databases for large-scale applications, as well as performing performance tuning and optimization of existing databases.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of Oracle application database concepts and proficiency in performing performance tuning techniques to optimize database queries.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle application DBA roles is required. Additional requirements include expertise in query optimization, cost analysis, and performance tuning, as well as the ability to troubleshoot database issues using various tools.

The selected candidate will be responsible for collaborating with development teams to design data models, schema changes, and migrations, and for writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.

This position requires a strong working knowledge of Oracle application database architecture, as well as experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
