Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant Manager who will be responsible for formulating, implementing, and reinforcing our company's accounting policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in core accounts and finance department.

The selected candidate will adhere to accounting standards and internal controls, standardize accounting manuals and SOPs across locations, finalize accounts, prepare balance sheets, compute income tax on a quarterly basis, process payroll, and perform TDS calculations for employees.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting and cash flow-related activities, liaise with banks and departments for working capital and legal compliance, ensure smooth internal audit processes, and generate MIS reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

CA completed, minimum 3+ years of experience in core accounts and finance department.
