- The ideal candidate will lead a team of relationship managers in acquiring high net worth clients, establishing strong relationships with existing clients, and increasing their assets under management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 8-10 relationship managers to acquire high net worth clients.
- Establish strong relationships with existing clients by designing and implementing personalized financial plans.
- Responsible for handling team performance, coordinating with teams for new client acquisition, maintaining client relationships, and generating assets under management.
- Support the team in advising affluent clients on investments and managing their overall financial portfolio.
- Track the affluent and super-affluent client segment in the market for new client acquisition opportunities.
- Research, investigate, and update the team on available investment opportunities and financial market trends.
- Coordinate with product and research teams to take investment decisions for clients.
- Conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and other business development activities.
