Job Summary:

This senior accounting role involves maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring tax compliance, and driving business growth through effective financial management.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure timely entry of all PC, supplier bills, and TDS-related bills with proper supporting documents, and verify statutory deductions.
  • Financial Statements: Prepare monthly statements of TDS with TDS reconciliation, and submit PC/labour liability statements to the Finance Head for approval.
  • Supplier Management: Prepare supplier liability statements within specified periods as per guidelines.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Update Fixed Assets Register with details on a monthly basis.
  • Statutory Dues: Prepare statements of statutory dues (TDS, PF, Service Tax, ESI) and remittances to RO/HO.
  • GST Compliances: Reconcile GSTR 2B & 3B, and check GSTR 1 compliance.
  • Budget Implementation: Report variances to management on a monthly basis.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and prepare timely profitability statements, cash flow, reconciliation statements, and other cost control reports.
  • Credit Management: Timely monitor BGs, LCs, corporate guarantees, and bonds with clients and banks.
  • SAP Experience: Required working experience in SAP environment.
